Delete Your Account

App: MeSize

You can request deletion of your MeSize Account and all associated server-side data at any time. This removes your cloud backup (profile, measurements, sizes, catalog items and photos, custom categories, settings), your try-on credit balance and purchase ledger tied to your Account, and any shared profile/collection links you created. This cannot be undone.

Option 1: Delete in the app (fastest)

Open MeSize
Go to Settings → Account
Tap Delete Account and confirm

Your Account and its cloud data are deleted immediately. Local data on your device is removed separately when you delete it in the App or uninstall.

Option 2: Request deletion without the app

If you no longer have the App installed, email verbytskyi.nazar@gmail.com from the email address associated with your Account (the one used to sign in with Apple or Google) and ask us to delete your Account. We will confirm your identity and complete the deletion within 30 days.

What gets deleted vs. retained

Deleted immediately: profile, measurements, sizes, catalog items and photos, custom categories, settings, shared profile/collection links, Account identity (email/name from Apple or Google).
Retained briefly: purchase transaction records (platform, product id, transaction id) may be retained as required to prevent duplicate purchase grants and for legal/accounting purposes, even after Account deletion.
